  • Contribute ideas to product development, beauty innovations and testing and assessment of products
  • Assist with brand image and experience, marketing, merchandising, design and promotion, developing and executing short and long term strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Help monitor and analyze marketing budgets, pricing, sales and competitive activity
  • Manage the brand through social media accounts, brand website and public relations – channels we rely on the most to create consumer demand, shape the direction and perception of the brand.
    This includes but is not limited to managing and updating Happy Skin’s Twitter, Instagram, Facebook answering inquiries across all social media accounts; creating and implementing content calendars and digital marketing plans; assisting with the creation and implementation of public relation initiatives and promotional content such as press releases, corporate newsletters/e-zines, social media content; ensuring social media and PR messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies
  • Graduate of any four year business course, preferably with major in Marketing
  • At least three (3) years of solid experience in Brand Management (experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is an advantage)
  • Must have excellent leadership, project management, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.



  • Ensure smooth retail operations (from demand planning to ensuring 100% fill rate) by implementing operational rules and systems, even periodically assessing, modifying, and improving these procedures
  • Ensure that all operational requirements (such as product requests, store improvements & store promotions) for the accounts are served by coordinating with the manpower agency, office support group, external suppliers, and other retail partners
  • Constantly visit beauty counters, where you will evaluate the performance of beauty assistants, check store orderliness, do market studies, and troubleshoot/provide solutions to operational issues
  • Ensure that each beauty counter has stocks, testers, and supplies that they need by reporting needs to the head office, even going the extra mile of delivering urgent items to the store
  • Attend to operational opening and events, such as certain product launches, accounts special activities, invitational selling, conventions, fairs, bazaars, etc.
  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably with major in Business or Marketing
  • At least three (3) years of work experience under a retail company or a FMCG company
  • Will be handling all Mindanao stores

  • Has knowledge in operations – can manage and motivate people, can create leaders, has a creative vision on how to achieve sales goals and has the patience in dealing with mall operational details.
  • Well versed in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Actively takes part in creating content for Happy Skin’s social media accounts
  • Exercises creativity with shooting flatlays and product photos for Instagram & Facebook
  • Acts as the voice of the brand by responding to customer queries and comments online
  • Help organize and attend collection launches and other brand-related events
  • Interacts with celebrities and media influencers during shoots and events
  • College student/recent graduate in BS Management, Marketing, or any related field
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficienct in MS Office applications
  • Has an eye for beauty and attention to details
  • Has natural love for makeup.



  • Reconciles sales in stores by confirming whether money leaving an account matches the amount that’s been spent, and making sure the two are balanced at the end of the recording period.
  • Will do physical inventory / audit in the stores.
  • Any other task assigned by Line Manager.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • Female, with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to perform functions as required in the nature and scope of the position
  • Ability to be a team player, yet work independently when required
  • Well versed in MS Office applications especially MS Excel
  • Willing to do field work
