ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Sort and distribute mail/packages to areas and staff within the organisation as well as dispatch outgoing mail/packages
  • Write business letters, reports, or office memos using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Answer telephone inquiries from customers and business partners, attend to visitors, and assist other staff in the organisation with their inquiries
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers, and faxes
  • File papers and documents
  • Undertake other duties such as banking, petty cash and/or payroll functions should there be need
Qualifications:
  • College graduate, experience required
  • Must possess Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Verbal Communication
  • Can work methodically, accurately, and neatly
  • Has strong oral and written communication skills
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Neat personal appearance

INVENTORY & WAREHOUSE MANAGER

  • Female 21 to 30 years old
  • Must be exemplary in the following areas: organization and analysis, communication and reporting, problem solving, people handling
  • Above average skills in MS applications
  • Has basic knowledge of Supply and demand and Inventory control
  • College graduate preferably with honors / with a degree in Business or any Management-related course
  • Experience is an advantage but not required
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in Quezon City or Pasig City

FINANCE MANAGER

  • Female
  • For regular employment 21 to 30 years old
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience is required for this position (Supervisor or Manager position)
  • College graduate preferably with honors / with degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business/Economics
  • Must have experience in any of the following : Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis and Management reports
  • Highly proficient in MS applications and analytical tools
  • Above average communication and presentation skills Good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in Quezon City or Pasig City
